Barcelona Camina
Barcelona has a solution to the extended private mobility virus: The Superblock or “Superilla”.
This is the first step to a bigger plan: create a boulevard grid that connects the city vertically and horizontally in a more sustainable way.
Until now, this initiative is not being very well received by the inhabitants of Barcelona.
The proposed solution for “Barcelona Camina” aims to magnify the disadvantages of a car-dominated city vs. a city where the citizen is the centre; the heart of the streets and squares.
It uses the metaphor of the superilla as a medicine, applying this language in all the graphics of the campaign.
